  • Do not interfere with the portal's security, availability, or normal operation.

4. Data Accuracy and Availability

Tracking updates are provided on a best-effort basis and may be delayed by operational or connectivity factors. Nex-er does not guarantee uninterrupted real-time updates at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nex-er is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this tracking portal, including delays, interruption, or incomplete status information.

6. Changes to Terms

Nex-er may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, or service improvements. Continued use of the portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
